PEAK’S PEOPLE, PLACES AND EVENTS

Christmas biscuits are a pretty big deal in the UK.

And while shortbread originated in Scotland… it’s not just the Brits who love to eat em up.

Pun intended.

We’ve got an amazing selection of sweets from the Shortbread House of Edinburgh. In all kinds of festive packaging, shapes and sizes.

Not to mention, some delicious chocolates, cakes, cookies and more from the Original Cake Co.

And a huge new selection of some of our favourite crackers and biscuits.

You’ve seen these beautifully packaged boxes here before.

The Fine Cheese Co. from Bath England might produce the best crackers in the world.

They are my favourite, without question.

Come in and scoop em up before they’re all gone. You’re definitely going to want to have these around for your holiday parties.

Also, if you are in the giving mood and love food… we can put together incredible holiday gift baskets for you.

Tell us what you’re hoping to achieve, your budget and what your family/friends/clients love.

We will put together a gift basket with our new festive products and fan favourites offered in the store.

PROVISIONS WE LOVE

I think tapas-style eating was destined to be a holiday hit over here in North America.

Peak Provisions loves providing you with conserves, charcuterie and cheese boards all year long. But during the holidays… they just seem to be the best.

We have a great selection of new Spanish and Italian tinned seafood already here for you now.

Pair these with chips, cheese and/or baguette… you might not want to eat anything else this December. (or all year long for that matter)

The Italians love a good bit of pastry or rum-covered cake for the holidays as well.

It would be silly of us not to bring you these Milano Christmas classics.

All through the northern Lombardy region, there are varying festive sweets that are staples during the holidays in Italy.

Come in and try some before they are all gone.

AT THE BAR

Holiday eating is meant to be rich. Hearty. Filling. And of course… decadent.

The French know how to do all of this very well.

And their cheese! More French cheese, please.

We have a huge cheese order beginning to arrive today and all through next week.

From Chateau Bourgogne Triple Cream Brie to Morbier and more. Come in and get yours while stock is full.

You can also pre-order your cheese and charcuterie boards and we’ll do the work for you.

Have Peak Provisions put together the best festive platters so you can focus on being the hostess with the mostess’.

Just tell us the number of people you’re entertaining, your preferences and your budget.

Another delicacy we’re bringing in is French butter.

Yes… it is a thing. A very delicious, rich, creamy and beautiful thing.

You can bake your butter cookies, croissants or choquettes with it.

But in my opinion… just enjoying it on a warm baguette or biscuit is the absolute best.

While December does seem to fly by, we still love to host you and your friends in the store as well. Come see us for happy hour, drinks and more.

Or… if you’ve not secured a venue for your holiday party or get-together, email me and we can set you up.

Book out the entire space or a portion and have Peak Provisions host your festive fun times. This way, you won’t even have to clean up.

That’s all I’ve got for now.

In the meantime, don’t be a stranger.

Come in and hang out with us at the bar soon.

We’ll be here waiting for you.
